This project component aimed at observation data generation in support of flash flood forecasting in Sylhet and Cox’s Bazar. Activities included site selection and survey, equipment acquisition, on-site installation, telemetry, and reliability testing, and onsite training on operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
