]]> As Program Officer, Nina supports the implementation, documentation, monitoring and evaluation of RIMES programs and projects. She assists in the development and customization of training manuals, information materials and other documents. She provides support in liaising and coordinating with government agencies, local authorities, communities and other partners to organize and facilitate forums, trainings, workshops and other capacity building programs. She also provides research and technical writing support to RIMES’s initiatives, concept notes, and proposals.

Nina has previously worked with RIMES and provided support in organizing and conducting Monsoon Forums as well as trainings in forecast application for risk management, particularly in the agriculture sector.

Nina has a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University of the Philippines Los Baños and a Master’s degree in Food Engineering and Bioprocess Technology from the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand.
